We went to the Pizza Express in Corn Street for a pizza making evening. What a brilliant evening it was!
The evening started with a glass of Prosecco.
Then it was time for the starters.... delicious dough balls. (Sorry, forgot to take a photo before we started tucking in!)
Followed by sundried tomatoes and olives.
Then it was time to make our own pizzas.
Pizza dough ready to shape....
.....and toppings prepared.
Time to stretch out the dough into a large circle......
.....or perhaps not!

Hmmm......not sure the pizza base should be full of holes!
Time to toss and spin!
Perhaps a second attempt would be more successful......
