South West Regional Luncheon ~ 5th October 2019

The South West Regional Luncheon was held a Somerset County Cricket Club in Taunton.

We all were given some local honey to take home.....

.....and enjoyed a delicious lunch.

Jonathan Smith, the BBC producer of Blue Planet 2, gave us a fascinating talk about the filming of the the programme.  We found out about many of the different techniques they use to get the amazing video footage of the animals.  To everyone's delight we were told that there will be another series.
